RCJ500RC RC Drilling Rig Sent to Africa for On-Site Mineral Exploration Project

The RCJ500RC reverse circulation drilling rig has recently been shipped to Africa for a mineral exploration project involving deep geological investigation and field sampling work. The drilling rig will participate in on-site drilling operations in areas with complex rock formations and demanding construction conditions.

According to the project requirements, the customer needed a drilling machine capable of stable movement, continuous sampling, and reliable operation in remote mining environments. The RCJ500RC was selected due to its crawler mobility and reverse circulation drilling structure.

During drilling operations, compressed air drives rock cuttings through the inner drill pipe back to the surface, allowing geological teams to collect underground samples continuously without repeated hole cleaning. This drilling method helps improve operational efficiency during exploration work.

The machine is also equipped with a cyclone separator for direct sample discharge and collection. Field workers can quickly organize and label rock samples for further geological analysis.

With a maximum drilling depth of 500 meters, the RCJ500RC is commonly used in mining exploration, ore body investigation, and geological survey projects requiring accurate sampling results.
